Design and Motifs

The field carries a generously spaced all-over floral layout rather than a central medallion, so the pattern reads calmly from every side of the room. Small tulip sprays, buds and curled saz leaves fill the gaps, drawn loosely in the antique Ziegler manner where the artist leaves air around each motif.
